This website is operated by Kenzal Technologies Limited ("Kenzal", "we"). For any question about your personal information, email contact@kenzal.co.uk.

What this website collects

The website has no accounts, no analytics, no advertising and no tracking. The enquiry form does not send anything to us by itself: it prepares an email in your own email app, and nothing reaches us unless you choose to send that email.

Like any website, our hosting provider (Microsoft Azure) and our network provider (Cloudflare) process technical information such as your IP address and browser type when you visit, to deliver the pages and protect the site from abuse.

When you contact us

If you email or call us, we use the details you give us to reply and to discuss your enquiry. We do not sell your information or use it for marketing without your agreement.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, and object to how we use it. Email contact@kenzal.co.uk. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Cookie policy

This website does not set cookies of its own.

If you choose a light or dark theme with the theme button, your choice is saved in your browser's local storage under the name kenzal-theme, so the site remembers it next time. It is not sent to us. You can clear it by clearing this site's data in your browser.

Our network provider, Cloudflare, may set a strictly necessary security cookie to tell people apart from automated traffic. It is not used to track you.

Accessibility statement

We want everyone to be able to use this website. It is designed to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA.

How we check it

Every page is checked automatically before release at phone, tablet and desktop widths in both light and dark themes: automated accessibility testing, colour contrast in both themes, keyboard operation, target sizes, reduced motion and the enquiry form's error handling. The animated diagram on the home page can be paused, and it stays still if your device asks for reduced motion.

Known limitations

Automated checks cannot find every problem. A full manual audit with screen readers and at 400% zoom has not yet been completed, and testing so far has been in Chromium-based browsers.
